Almost anywhere you stay in Jackson Hole, you'll be able to see - and be within minutes of Grand Teton National Park. In the summertime, take a wildlife safari led by a naturalist, if you want to see moose, elk, and smaller animals you'd pass right by until they were pointed out to you. During the winter, you can take wildlife safaris, watch the elk graze in the National Elk Refuge, and go cross country skiing.

One entrance to Yellowstone National Park is about an hour away. Summer or winter, you can visit Old Faithful, walk on boardwalks threading through bubbling mud pots and geysers, and photograph buffalo herds. In the summer, you can go hiking on trails that become cross country routes in the wintertime. Year-round, you can take early morning wildlife tours that expose the raw beauty of this special park.
