Skiing in Vail

Vail’s awesome 5,289 acres of terrain stretches seven miles from the groomed slopes at Lionshead to the glades in Blue Sky Basin. In between, the 31 lifts (including a gondola) take you on trails up to four miles long and into bowls so vast skiers on the far side look like Lilliputians.
