Adventures in Travel Expo is a one-stop market-place where wanna-be and experienced travelers will find dozens of companies offering exciting trips and bags full of travel information to take home and peruse. Visitors can chat with representatives from adventure travel companies, try riding an aerial zipline, scuba diving, climbing a rock wall or other experiences, and listen to talks by renowned travel writers and photographers.

The list of exhibitors varies from location to location, but each show includes booths staffed by dozens of tour companies that offer adventure travel trips, or representatives from many city, state and country visitors’ bureaus.
The exact list of events and activities varies from show to show, but every expo has talks and slide shows by premiere travel writers and photographers, such as Arthur Frommer; explorer and award-winning photographer Gordon Wiltsie; and National Geographic Adventure’s Global Travel Editor Costas Christ.
Visitors will also be able to try hands-on adventures, including scuba diving in a pool, riding an aerial zipline and climbing a rock wall. The Global Stage at each Expo will have entertainment, including Peruvian dancers, African drummers and Filipina Dance Troupe.
